By using the Into the Country Tours website, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. A person making a booking on this site is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions for all the people named in the booking, and those who take part in a tour with us.
When booking a tour, accessing or using any part of the Into the Country Tour website you agree that the following terms and conditions shall apply:

In completing and submitting your tour booking form, you agree to be bound by these conditions which form an agreement between Into the country tours and you.
The person making the booking for the tour is required to read and has agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Where a tour booking is being made by one person on behalf of another or others, the person making the booking confirms that they have advised each person wishing to join the tour of these terms and conditions, and confirms that each such person has agreed to them.
If you’re unable to join the tour please advise Into the Country Tours directly by phoning the office on 0430 150 990 or using the contact us page on this website. Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to your selected tour date. Travel insurance is always advisable.
Cancelations by Into the country tours is unlikely, however if due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of participation a tour on which you have booked is cancelled, the entire amount you have paid for the applicable tour will be refunded to you within fourteen days of the notified cancellation.
Non Smoking Policy
The Into the county tour bus is a non-smoking area. This includes cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaping, and cigars.
Please advise of any medical conditions that may impact your tour or that you may require assistance with. This includes special dietary requirements.
Your guide will hold this information in confidence but may be obliged to provide it, in the event of a medical emergency during the tour, to any attending care provider or emergency responder, should you be unable to communicate this information yourself.
We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in transportation services due to sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond our control.
Into the country tours does not accept liability for any airline cancellation penalty or change fee incurred by the purchase of non-refundable tickets to or from the tour.
Into the country tours acts only as an agent for accommodation (hotel) providers that we use during tours.
Although we take all care possible when sourcing accommodation providers, we can assume no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident or irregularity in connection with any hotel.
Acceptance of risk
Your tour may involve personal risk, such risks to include illness, injury, disease, loss or damage to property, discomfort and inconvenience. In signing up to participate in the tour you agree that this consideration is taken into account.
In making the booking you accept risk and agree that you are joining the tour upon condition of traveling at your own risk.
We reserve the right and discretion to remove a participant from our tours if a tour participant misbehaves or does things that are incompatible with the safety, comfort or convenience of other tour participants.
Payment details and currencies
Our tours are priced in Australian dollars (AUD)
In the event of a refund being provided, this will also be made in AUD for the exact amount.
Payment can be made online by Visa or Mastercard via a secure link which will be sent to you at the time of booking. We currently do not accept American Express or Diners Cards. For other payment options call or use the contact us link on this page.
Your tour booking is not accepted or binding until paid for in full.
Age and identity of Customer
The legal alcohol drinking age in Victoria is 18 years. At some venues proof of age may be required.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid up to one year from date of purchase.
The following uses of the Website are prohibited:
- using the website for any unlawful purpose
- using any automated means to monitor or copy the Website or its content or bypass our tools or services or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website
- tampering with or modifying any part of the Website
- using the Website in a manner which impairs its operation
Into the country tours will not be liable for loss which results from any mistake, omission, defect, virus or failure of performance with respect to the website including those which arise from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction and/or unauthorised access to records, programs or services.
